Everything is very delicious, it is a typical Mexican restaurant that I would like to clarify that they do not only sell "pancita / Menudo", on weekends the atmosphere is usually very pleasant, there is live music to liven up the moment. The service is good, however at times it is somewhat slow, but it is understandable because there is a greater flow of diners. The prices are affordable taking into account the location and place. They have ample parking and valet parking. 100% recommended.

The tummy is very, very delicious. For my taste, it lacks a little more spice, but the flavor itself is outstanding and by far. It is not tripe, it must be clarified, that is why it is not thick, and the meat is extremely soft. I went on a Sunday, having read previous reviews and knew that the attention was a little off, so I went with an open mind. The service is slow, but it is due to the lack of staff, with that in mind and having treated the waiter with kindness and respect I had a magnificent experience, Eduardo served us with care and efficiency. My experience at the restaurant was very good, the belly is very delicious, if you want hand-made tortillas go during the week, they have few people. The prices are according to the standard. What I didn't like: the facilities are very hot, they could use more fans. I will return to the place soon because they have delicious dishes. I recommend that you go, but with patience and respect, do not despair, the experience is worth it.
Very delicious, one of the best panchitas I have ever tried. Widely recommended. With parking and valet. We went a little later than rush hour and were treated very well.
